If you have enough sockets in your floor boxes, you may be able to power your desks with a simple starter lead.
Understand how many outlets you are allowed per workstation
If you are powering workstations from floor boxes or wall sockets via a 13A plug, then it’s essential you understand BS6396.
BS6396 sets out the rules of how many power outlets you are allowed from the 13A plug. You are allowed 6 sockets individually fused at 3.15A and 150W of ELV (USBs).
