The GST 18i3 is the universal starter cable that attaches to the majority of our products. This cable is available in a variety of lengths and in a choice of black or white, meaning you can pick the perfect cable to suit your installation. Featuring a 13A fused UK plug, 1.5mm2 conductors, and the industry favourite GST 18i3 connector (female).
Configuration
For smaller-scale installations where only one or just a few OE units require power, a STARTER CABLE is essential. Featuring a 13A British plug on one end and a GST 18i3 connector on the other, all AC products produced by OE can be powered from this cable. Combined with INTERCONNECTING CABLEs, multiple OE units can be powered from a single STARTER CABLE (subject to BS6396).
Construction
A 13A-fused British plug with strain relief (250V), a GST 18i3 connector rated at 20A (250V), three pole conductor with a nominal cross-section of 1.5mm2, and cable diameter of 8.3mm with Eca fire class.
